Because of the integrated diaphragm sealing device (chemical seal), the stainless steel diaphragm pressure gauge can isolate the measured medium* from the instrument measuring system and avoid it from directly entering the measuring cell of the instrument, and is suitable for measuring the pressure of the fluid medium with strong corrosion, high temperature, high viscosity, easy crystallization, easy solidification or solid floating matter that the spring tube pressure gauge cannot adapt. It is widely used in pressure detection systems in petroleum, chemical, chlor-alkali, dyeing and chemical, chemical fiber, pharmaceutical, food and other industrial sectors.
When the pressure is measured with a stainless steel diaphragm pressure gauge, the measured working medium acts directly on the isolation diaphragm, and the diaphragm produces upward deformation, and the medium pressure is transmitted to the spring tube through the filling liquid in the spring tube, so that the end of the spring tube produces elastic deformation, and the movement gear shaft is driven to rotate with the help of the connecting rod mechanism, so that the pointer indicates the measured pressure value on the dial.
