Float level gauge

A float level gauge is a liquid level measurement instrument based on the principle of buoyancy. It consists of a float, a float shaft, a float rod, and an indicator. Radar level gauge

A radar level gauge is an instrument that uses radar waves to measure the height of liquid levels. It determines the position of the liquid level by emitting radar waves and receiving reflected signals. Capacitive level gauge

A capacitive level gauge is an instrument that uses changes in capacitance to measure liquid level height. It consists of a capacitive sensor and a capacitive transmitter. The capacitive sensor is installed inside the container. When the liquid level rises, the capacitance value between the liquid and the capacitive sensor changes. The sensor converts this change into an electrical signal, which is transmitted to the display or control system through a capacitive transmitter, thereby achieving liquid level measurement and monitoring.

Magnetic flap level gauge

The magnetic flap level gauge, also known as the magnetic flap column level gauge, is a float with a magnet (referred to as a magnetic float) designed and produced based on buoyancy and magnetic principles. The position of the measured medium is affected by buoyancy. The change in liquid level leads to a change in the position of the magnetic float, and the coupling effect of static and magnetic forces between the magnetic float and the magnetic flip column (also known as the magnetic flip plate) causes the magnetic flip column to flip at a certain angle (coated with different colors on the surface of the magnetic flip column), thereby reflecting the liquid level inside the container.

Magnetic levitation ball level gauge (level switch)

The main principle is that the structure of the magnetic levitation ball level gauge (level switch) is mainly designed and produced based on the principles of buoyancy and static magnetic field. The position of the magnetic float in the measured medium is affected by buoyancy: changes in liquid level cause changes in the position of the magnetic float. The magnet and sensor (magnetic spring switch) in the floating ball act to change the number of components (such as fixed resistors) connected in series into the circuit, thereby changing the electrical quantity of the instrument circuit system. That is to say, the change in the position of the magnetic float causes a change in the electrical quantity.

Explosion proof float level switch

Glass tube level gauge

The level gauge is a liquid passage composed of glass tubes designed based on the principle of connectors. The passage is connected to the tested container through a flange or tapered pipe thread, forming a connector. The liquid level is observed through the glass tube to be the same as the liquid level inside the container, that is, the liquid level height. The liquid level gauge can achieve the function of anti-corrosion or insulation by changing the information of the parts or adding some auxiliary components.
