Analysis of the reasons for the stop nails falling off on the dial
In this case, after the instrument is used to relieve the pressure, people find that the pointer of the pressure gauge is not at the zero position. After a closer look, the disc stop nail on the thermal resistance dial is gone. We call it "the disc stop nail falls off".
There are two reasons that cause the stainless steel pressure gauge dial plate stop nail to fall off:
1. The disc stop nail is not in firm contact. A slightly larger dial nail hole on the dial, or a slightly smaller outer diameter of the dial nail connection, is one of the reasons for the weak connection; in addition, the thicker dial or the short nail connection is also one of the reasons for the weak connection One. In the two cases of thermal resistance, the disc stop nail can be pulled out only by clamping the disc stop nail with pliers and moving it slightly. In use, as long as the instrument releases pressure a little bit faster, there will be a few rounds, and the disc stop nail will be shaken off.
2. When the instrument is in use, if the pressure is relieved too fast or the over-range is too large or too strong, causing the pointer to hit the disc stop nail too much, the pressure gauge may knock the disc stop nail off. In this case, the stainless steel pressure gauge Just look at the deep dent on the side of the pointer. In severe cases, there will be a deep dent on the side of the disc stop nail.
