The shock-proof pressure gauge is composed of a pressure guide system (including connector, spring tube, flow limiting screw, etc.), a gear transmission mechanism, a reading device (pointer and dial) and a housing (including case, cover, glass, etc.).
The shell of the shock-resistant pressure gauge is of air-tight structure, which can effectively protect the internal parts from environmental impact and pollution invasion.

Shock-resistant pressure gauge is an instrument filled with damping fluid (generally silicone oil or glycerin) in the shell, which can resist the vibration of the working environment and reduce the pulsating effect of the medium pressure.
The shock-resistant pressure gauge is applicable to the severe vibration field of the environment, can withstand the pulsation, impact and sudden unloading of the medium, and the instrument indication is stable and clear. It is widely used in mechanical, petroleum, chemical, metallurgical, mining, electric power and other departments to measure the pressure of non-corrosive media on copper and copper alloys.
Precautions for installation of shockproof pressure gauge
1. The ambient temperature of the instrument is - 40~70 ℃, and the relative humidity is not more than 80%. If it deviates from the normal operating temperature by 20 5 ℃, the additional temperature error must be included.
2. The instrument must be installed vertically and try to keep the same level with the measuring point. If the difference is too high, the additional error caused by the liquid column can be included. It is unnecessary to consider when measuring the gas. When installing, block the explosion-proof port at the back of the case to avoid affecting the explosion-proof performance.
3. The measuring range of the instrument in normal use: it should not exceed 3/4 of the upper limit of measurement under static pressure and 2/3 of the upper limit of measurement under fluctuation. Under the above two pressure conditions, the minimum measurement of the large pressure gauge shall not be less than 1/3 of the lower limit, and the vacuum part shall be fully used when measuring the vacuum.
4. If the instrument pointer fails or the internal parts are loose or can not work normally, it should be repaired, or contact the manufacturer for repair.
5. The instrument shall avoid vibration and collision to avoid damage.
6. Please indicate when ordering: instrument model and name; Measuring range of the instrument; The accuracy grade of the instrument and the requirements for positive packaging and others.
