If the range of the selected digital pressure gauge is too large, due to the digital pressure gauge with the same accuracy, the larger the range, the greater the absolute value of the allowable error and the deviation of the naked eye, which will affect the accuracy of the pressure reading; on the contrary, if the selected pressure gauge is selected If the range of the digital pressure gauge is too small, and the working pressure of the equipment is equal to or close to the upper limit of the pressure of the digital pressure gauge, the elastic element of the sensor in the digital pressure gauge will be in an unrecoverable deformation state for a long time, which is easy to produce permanent deformation, which will cause the digital pressure gauge to malfunction. The error increases and the service life decreases. In addition, the range of the digital pressure gauge is too small, in case of overpressure operation, it may break down the digital pressure gauge and cause an accident. Therefore, the working pressure range of the digital pressure gauge should not exceed 60-70% of the upper limit of the pressure range.
2. The accuracy of the working digital pressure gauge is expressed as the percentage of the allowable error to the upper limit. The accuracy level is generally on the label. When selecting a digital pressure gauge, the accuracy should be determined according to the pressure level of the equipment and actual work needs.
3. The dial diameter of the digital pressure gauge. In order for the operator to accurately see the pressure value, the diameter of the dial of the digital pressure gauge should not be too small. If the digital pressure gauge is installed higher or farther from the post, the diameter of the dial should be increased.
4. If the medium used by the digital pressure gauge for measurement is corrosive, different elastic element materials must be selected according to the specific temperature, concentration and other parameters of the corrosive medium, otherwise the expected purpose will not be achieved.
5. Pay attention to daily use and maintenance, regularly check, clean and record the use of digital pressure gauges.
6. The general verification period of digital pressure gauges is one year. Compulsory verification is a legal measure to ensure the reliable technical performance of the digital pressure gauge, the accurate value transmission, and the effective guarantee of safe production.
