1. Before the surface equipment, the technical pipeline should be purged to prevent the ferromagnetic substances staying in the pipeline from adhering to the surface, affecting the function of the surface, or even damaging the surface. Assuming unavoidable, a magnetic filter should be installed on the surface of the imported equipment. The surface itself does not participate in the air sweep before production to avoid damage to the surface.
2. Before the equipment reaches the technical pipeline, all packages should be unpacked and inspected for transportation damage. And open the shell, and remove the filling material that fixes the pointer.
3. The surface equipment method is divided into vertical equipment and horizontal equipment. If it is a vertical equipment method, the angle between the base vertical line and the plumb line of the surface should be less than 2°. If it is a horizontal equipment, it should be ensured that the horizontal base line and the surface The horizontal angle is less than 2°.
4. The upper and lower pipes on the surface should have the same diameter as that of the surface. The connecting flange or thread should match the flanges and threads on the surface. The length of the straight pipe upstream of the surface should be 5 times the nominal diameter of the surface. The length of the lower straight pipe should be greater than or equal to the nominal diameter of the surface. 250mm.
5. Since the surface transmits signals through magnetic coupling, in order to ensure the function of the surface, no ferromagnetic substances are allowed to exist at least 10cm around the device.
6. The surface of the measuring gas is calibrated under a specific pressure. Assuming that the outlet of the gas is directly discharged to the atmosphere, it will produce a pressure drop at the float and cause the data to be distorted. Assuming such working conditions, a valve should be installed at the outlet of the surface.
7. The surface of the equipment in the pipeline should not be subjected to stress, and the inlet and outlet of the surface should be supported by suitable pipelines to keep the surface in a minimum stress condition.
8. When the surface of the PTFE cloth of the equipment, be extra careful. Because PTFE will deform under pressure, do not overtighten flange nuts at will.
9. For the surface with liquid crystal display, try to avoid direct sunlight on the display when equipment, so as to reduce the service life of the liquid crystal.
