Precautions for on-site environment of electric contact pressure gauge
1) The pressure gauge should be kept clean, and the glass on the dial should be bright and clear, so that the pressure value indicated by the pointer in the dial can be clearly seen. The pressure gauge with broken dial glass or unclear dial scale should be stopped.
2) The connecting pipe of the pressure gauge should be flushed regularly to avoid clogging. It is used for the connecting pipe of the pressure gauge that contains more oil or other viscous materials and gas, and it should be flushed regularly.
3) The pressure gauge always pay attention to check whether the rotation and fluctuation of the pressure gauge pointer are normal, and check whether the cock on the connecting pipe is in the open state.
4) Pressure gauges must be calibrated regularly. Pressure gauges that have exceeded the calibration period should be stopped. During the normal operation of boilers and pressure vessels, if abnormal indications or other suspicious signs are found in the pressure gauges, they should be checked and corrected immediately.
