In the process of using the meter, due to the large vibration of the installed equipment during work, the pointer swings frequently. This is not the reason for the stupidity of the pressure gauge itself, but some users think that this is a problem with the quality of the meter. This was not a problem at all, but was raised as a "trouble".

      1. When the meter is working, the pointer swings frequently, which is generally related to the vibration of the working environment of the meter, that is, it is related to the installed equipment. If the thermal resistance device vibrates greatly when the device is working, the amplitude of the instrument pointer swings is large and the frequency is high, on the contrary, the vibration of the stainless steel pressure gauge device is relatively small when the device is working, and the amplitude of the instrument pointer swing is small and the frequency is low. It is difficult to read the pressure value indicated by the meter when the amplitude of the left and right swing of the pointer of the meter is greater than ±5° due to vibration.

      2. When the instrument is working, the pointer of the pressure gauge swings frequently, which is also related to the nature of the measured medium pressure of the instrument. If the measured pressure of the stainless steel pressure gauge is a pulsating pressure, the magnitude of this pressure changes periodically with time. Sometimes it is large and sometimes small. Of course, the pointer will swing from side to side, but the frequency of the swing and the frequency caused by the vibration will be much lower.
