Installation Note
1. The ambient temperature of the instrument is -40 ~ 70 ° C, and the relative humidity is not more than 80% . If the instrument deviates from the normal operating temperature by 20 ± 5 ° C, the additional temperature error must be taken into account.
2. The instrument must be installed vertically to keep the same level with the measuring point. If the difference is too high, the additional error caused by the liquid column should not be considered when measuring the gas. When installing, the explosion-proof mouth at the back of the case will be blocked, so as not to affect the explosion-proof performance.
3. Measuring range for normal use: not more than 3/4 of the upper limit of measurement under static pressure and not more than 2/3 of the upper limit of measurement under fluctuation. In the above two pressure cases, the lowest pressure gauge should not be less than 1/3 of the lower limit, measuring the vacuum part of the use of all.
4. If the use of the instrument pointer failure or internal parts loose, can not work properly when the fault should be inspected, or contact manufacturers maintenance.
5. The instrument should avoid vibration and collision to avoid damage.
6. When ordering please indicate: instrument model and name, instrument measuring range, instrument precision grade deviation from the packaging requirements and other.
7. According to the user requirements for special design.
8. Before installation, the type, specification and precision of the instrument should be checked to see if they meet the requirements of the instrument. Check the instrument joint thread and the installation of the female thread is consistent.
9. The pressure gauge should be installed vertically, the inclination should not be more than 30 ° , and strive to maintain the same level with the measuring point, so as to avoid the indication error.
10. After installation, in the case of no pressure, whether the observation pointer in zero or close to the disk stop nail, otherwise should not be used.
11. When measuring steam pressure, the lower end of the pressure gauge should be equipped with a circular tube, the use of water to transmit steam pressure, so as to avoid high-temperature steam into the spring tube, affect the accuracy of the instrument, or inadvertently melting solder, resulting in instrument leakage, have an accident or burn someone.
Use Caution
1. When using the valve should be opened slowly, so that the pressure slowly rise to the working position. If suddenly open the valve, such as the pressure out of control, exceeding the upper limit of measurement, will cause the spring tube is broken, deformation or cause tooth loss and instrument loss of function.
2. After use, should be slowly decompressed, do not make the pointer suddenly dropped to zero, so that the pointer back hit the disc stop nail, will be the pointer bent or even broken.
Maintenance note
1. The instrument must carry on the verification or the maintenance according to the stipulation request.
2. The disassembled instrument should be stored in dust-proof, dry, non-corrosive environment.
