The pressure gauge valve installation is divided into the following steps:
1. Connect the pressure source root valve (should be welded shut-off valve or single-valve shut-off valve) with the pipeline;
2. Install the pressure gauge double valve group on the source single valve group;
3. Select the union with matching thread and install it on the double valve block;
4. After adjusting the direction of the instrument, lock the union;
5. Install other accessories required for the work of the pressure gauge, such as relief valve, etc.;
6. Enter the air source and use the detector to detect the air leakage. After confirming that there is no leakage, the installation is completed.
Be sure not to use force when installing the instrument valve. Because the instrument valve is mostly made of stainless steel, it is softer than the pipe material, and the thread is easily damaged by force.
If the thread is damaged and the valve is basically locked when disassembling and assembling the instrument valve, the following method can be used: turn the wrench clockwise (tight) for half a turn, then counterclockwise (loose) for one turn, and tighten it back and forth more. Back off slowly. After the valve is withdrawn, the damaged thread parts can be replaced or repaired with dies and taps before use.
