The special design of pg43sa-s pressure gauge can meet the requirements of sanitary applications.
The pure mechanical pressure transmission with diaphragm measurement principle and high overpressure safety ensures safe pressure measurement. Due to the dry measuring unit, the risk of contaminating the product with the transmission fluid is eliminated. With sterile connectors (e.g. chuck, thread, variant ®、 BioControl ®） The flush welded diaphragm ensures that there is no sanitary dead corner when connected to the process pipe. This pressure gauge can be used for products like ultra pure steam generator, or for independent pressure display on portable tank without external power supply.
The pressure gauge pg43sa-s with hygienic design is used in SIP (in situ sterilization), CIP (in situ cleaning) and flushing areas. Therefore, the measuring equipment can be reliably and efficiently cleaned. The zero point is located at the top of the case for easy adjustment. The pressure gauge is certified by a third party, and pg43sa-s meets the 3-A standard.
Various 3.1 and 2.2 certificates can be used in GMP standard documents, such as material certificates or single measurement list.
