What are the quality requirements of the pressure gauge? Pressure gauge quality requirements:
1. The spring tube of the general pressure gauge is a certain cross-section shape (commonly used flat circle and approximate elliptical two kinds), bent into "C" shape, and can meet the requirements of a certain elasticity of the tubular spring. If the spring tube is too small, it will affect the accuracy level of the pressure gauge.
2. If the indication value of the pressure gauge exceeds the allowable error, the indication adjusting screw of the gauge should be adjusted. If there is no indication adjusting screw of the gauge, the gauge can only be judged as unqualified.
3. The pressure gauge dial indexing numbers and symbols should be complete and clear. The dial dividing scale should be evenly distributed, the center Angle of the package is generally 270°, the pointer of the pressure gauge should be extended into all dividing lines, the width of the pointer indicating end should not be greater than 1/5 of the minimum dividing interval. The distance between the pointer and the indexing plate plane should be within the range of 1 ~ 3mm. The outer diameter of the case should be more than 200mm (including 200mm), and the distance between the pointer and the indexing plate plane should be within the range of 2 ~ 4mm.
4. For pressure gauges with stop pins, the pointer should be close to the stop pin when there is no pressure or vacuum, and the "shrinkage" shall not exceed the allowable error stipulated.
5. The pressure gauge case should be able to protect the internal parts from pollution, the pressure gauge should be equipped with a safety hole, the safety hole should have a dustproof device.
6. The digital pressure gauge depends on the rationality of the overall structure, the selected material, the aging process of electronic components, long-term stability, etc.
