What is the cause of the plugging of the buffer nail hole in the pressure guiding hole under the joint

When the instrument is in use, the measured working pressure gauge is not necessarily slow and stable. There may be pulsating pressure (or pulse pressure). This kind of pulse pressure sometimes causes certain damage to the instrument, in order to reduce the pulse pressure on the instrument. For possible damage, according to the requirements of users, some have a buffer device under the meter. The simplest kind of "buffer device" is to screw a small groove into the pressure guide hole at the lower end of the connector. The stainless steel pressure gauge and the buffer cap are There is a tiny hole in the middle. Because the cross-sectional area of the small thermal resistance slot or hole is much smaller than the cross-sectional area of the pressure guiding hole under the joint, it can play a certain buffering effect before the medium pressure enters the pressure guiding hole. But at the same time, because the area of the small groove or small hole is small, the small hole may be blocked when the meter is in use and it will lose its function.

The reasons for the blocking of the buffer cap in the pressure guiding hole under the joint are roughly from the following aspects.

      1. Buffer screw stainless steel pressure gauge or small hole of the buffer cap is processed with burrs on the edge of the hole. When the instrument is in use, the working medium of the pressure gauge is slightly dirty, and the hole may be blocked if it takes a long time.

      2. If the working medium is inherently dirty, or there are some small particles or floccules in the medium, the meter is likely to block the hole during use.

Third, there is another kind of instrument that has not been used after the instrument is in the hands of the user. When the instrument enters the factory for inspection, it is found that there is no buffer hole on the buffer cap. Of course, this situation is rarely happened, but it is indeed possible. This situation is unacceptable to the user, and the user will immediately question whether the meter has been checked and qualified.
