For pressure gauges exported to Japan, some Japanese companies have strict requirements on the thermal resistance, and there are different ways to check the looseness of the watch glass. For example, the "Yamamoto Keiki" inspection method is to push the watch glass with your thumb to see if the glass is pushed. The inspection method of the "first meter" is to tap the glass of the watch with your fingers. If the sound is real, the stainless steel pressure gauge is no problem. If the sound is Kangkang, the glass is considered loose.
Although the loose glass of the meter does not affect the normal measurement and use of the meter, as a quality problem of the meter, it should still attract the attention and attention of the manufacturer.
Generally speaking, there are several reasons for the loose glass of the gauge.
1. Tighten the screws without pressing the cover tightly on the watch glass when the cover is on, causing the watch glass to loosen.
2. The screws of the upper cover and the screw holes of the watch case are overflowed, and the cover cannot press the watch glass, causing the watch glass to loosen.
3. The size of the part is unqualified. For example, if the screw hole of the stainless steel pressure gauge on the cover is too high or the screw hole on the watch case is too low, the cover cannot hold the watch glass, and the thermal resistance causes the watch glass to loosen.
