Analysis of the Causes of the Bending of the Movement Axis
In one case, the pointer of the pressure gauge returned by the user is oblique. The front end of the pointer points to the dial while the back end is upward. The thermal resistor pressurizes the gauge. This is the case during the operation of the gauge. Remove the pointer and check the movement. The stainless steel pressure gauge with the bottom axis is curved, which is what we often say "the axis of the movement is bent." So what is the cause of the bending of the central axis of the movement?
Generally speaking, the main reason for the bending of the central axis of the movement is the improper operation of the user when removing the pointer. When disassembling the pointer, the normal methods are commonly used: one is to use a needle lifter to remove; the other is to use two flat-head screwdrivers for disassembly, which requires the left and right hands to exert even force. However, some users use a screwdriver instead of the above method when disassembling the pointer when disassembling the pointer. The stainless steel pressure gauge is easy to bend the central axis of the movement due to the unidirectional force.
