Structure and working principle

1. The enclosure of the instrument is of flameproof structure. When the explosive mixture inside the enclosure is affected by sparks or electric arcs, it will not cause the explosion of the external explosive mixture, so as to achieve the purpose of explosion protection.

2. The instrument consists of a bourdon tube pressure gauge and an electrical connection device.

Working principle of the instrument: when the measured medium enters the spring tube, the displacement generated by it will be amplified by the transmission mechanism, and the pointer will indicate the measured pressure value on the dial. At the same time, the pointer will drive the movable contact of the electrical connection device. When the pressure reaches the predetermined value, the movable contact will contact with the contact of the setting needle to connect the circuit.

Use, maintenance and repair

1. The instrument shall be installed in the surrounding environment of - 20 ℃~40 ℃, the relative temperature shall not be greater than 80%, and the altitude shall be less than 2000m. At the installation site, the monthly average temperature shall not be higher than+30 ℃. Due to the temperature change, it is allowed to produce frost on the surface of the pressure gauge, and the measured medium temperature shall be less than 70 ℃.

2. The instrument must be installed vertically and strive to maintain the same horizontal position with the measuring point, otherwise the additional error caused by the liquid level difference shall be included.

3. The electrical circuit of the instrument (refer to Figure 2) shall be carefully checked and tested after being connected.

4. The upper limit of pressure for instrument pressure is generally 3/4.

5. When adjusting the instrument order (adjust the upper and lower limit pointers to the given value by adjusting the knob), adjust the offline set value first and then the online set value.

6. When opening the outlet box or adjusting the set value range, the power supply shall be cut off.
