How many kinds of pressure gauges can you read?
In the heating system, we usually use how many kilograms to express the pressure and pressure difference, but some pressure gauges can not directly read the units we are used to, so we need to master the conversion methods between different pressure gauges.
Here are a few common pressure gauges to see what kinds of pressure gauges we have encountered.
The scale marks on the pressure gauge are generally as follows:
① MPa (megapascal) this is a common scale, which can be regarded as 1MPa = 10kg, and the pressure difference can be calculated after conversion;
② Kg / cm (kilogram force per square centimeter), which is what we call the gauge pressure displayed in kilograms, can be read directly;
③ Bar, 1 bar = 100 kPa ≈ 1 kg, we can directly calculate bar as kg;
④ Psi is a common pressure unit in Europe and the United States, pounds per square inch, about 14.5psi = 1kg pressure, which can be converted into kilograms to judge.
