1. When using the pressure gauge calibrator, please check the pipeline first. If gas is used as the pressure transmission medium, please keep the pipeline clean and not contaminated. If the liquid is used as the pressure transmission medium, ensure that there is no gas or impurities in the pipeline. exist.
2. Please connect the standard pressure gauge calibrator to the "standard instrument" interface.
3. Use the high-pressure hose or directly connect the instrument under test.
4. Power on and key: Press the "ON" key to turn it on, and the LCD will display the measurement status; press the "Off" key to shut down the meter and cut off the power supply.
5. Zero calibration key: Before measurement, press the "zero calibration" key, the meter will automatically collect the zero point value of the sensor and send it to the processor CPU for processing, to ensure that the measured data is the actual pressure value.
6. Unit key: The LCD will display the pressure unit of the current instrument after power-on. If you press the "Unit" key during use, the LCD will display as "Psi, Bar, mmHg, Kgf/cm2, MPa, kPa, Pa" and cyclically switch
7. HART key: After pressing, the meter will automatically switch to the HART meter calibration state.
8. Calibrate the inspected instrument in accordance with the national verification regulations.
9. Supporting software can be selected to realize automatic calibration.
