The difference between diaphragm pressure gauge and pressure gauge

1. Working principle

Diaphragm pressure gauge: When the diaphragm pressure gauge is performing pressure measurement, the measuring medium will directly act on the isolation diaphragm and generate a pressure perpendicular to the diaphragm and upward, which causes the diaphragm to deform, which squeezes the space and promotes the irrigation in the spring tube. Liquid filling transfers the pressure of the medium to the spring tube, causing elastic deformation at the end of the spring tube, and using the linkage mechanism to drive the core gear shaft to rotate, so that the pointer indicates the measured pressure value on the dial.

Diaphragm pressure gauge: Under the action of pressure, the measured working medium directly acts on the elastic diaphragm, and the diaphragm produces elastic deformation upward (measure positive pressure) or downward (measure negative pressure), with the help of the connection fixed in the center of the diaphragm. The lever mechanism drives the core gear shaft to rotate, so that the pointer indicates the measured pressure value on the dial.

Second, the elastic element

Diaphragm pressure gauge: The elastic element is a spring tube, and the diaphragm only plays a role of isolation.

Diaphragm pressure gauge: The elastic element of the diaphragm pressure gauge is a corrugated diaphragm. The measured pressure acts on the diaphragm, the diaphragm produces upward (or downward) elastic deformation, and the pressure value is indicated by the linkage mechanism welded on the diaphragm.

Third, the accuracy level

Diaphragm pressure gauge: The general accuracy grade is 1.6.

Diaphragm pressure gauge: accuracy grade is 2.5.
