1、 The structure of diaphragm pressure gauge is as follows:

Diaphragm pressure gauge is a pressure gauge with metal corrugated diaphragm as elastic element.

The diaphragm pressure gauge is mainly composed of a lower connector, an upper connector, an elastic diaphragm, a connecting rod, a movement, a pointer, a dial, etc.

Under the pressure, the measured working medium directly acts on the elastic diaphragm, and the diaphragm is elastically deformed upward (measuring positive pressure) or downward (measuring negative pressure). The connecting rod mechanism fixed at the center of the diaphragm drives the rotation of the gear shaft of the movement, so as to make the measured pressure value indicated by the pointer on the dial.

2、 Purpose of diaphragm pressure gauge

When the diaphragm pressure gauge is used to measure the pressure of general gas, water and oil, we can use the general pressure gauge; When measuring the pressure of nitric acid, phosphoric acid and strong alkali, stainless steel pressure gauge can be selected. However, the measured medium has very strong corrosivity (such as hydrochloric acid, wet chlorine and ferric chloride), high viscosity (such as glue) and is easy to crystallize and solidify. When there are solid floating objects, it is not allowed to select the above pressure gauge again, because 316 stainless steel will also be corroded by hydrochloric acid, and asphalt and solid floating objects will block the pressure guide hole of the pressure gauge, thus making the instrument ineffective. Diaphragm pressure gauges can solve these problems. We can select different corrosion-resistant isolation diaphragms according to different strong corrosive media, so as to play an anti-corrosion role. Due to the isolation diaphragm, it can block the medium with high viscosity and easy to crystallize and solidify from flowing into the pressure hole to ensure the normal operation of the instrument.

The diaphragm pressure gauge is also applicable to the micro pressure (kPa level pressure) measurement system, and can also be used for the micro pressure (kPa level pressure) measurement system with corrosion resistance requirements, as well as the micro pressure (kPa level pressure) measurement system with high viscosity, easy crystallization and solidification, and solid floating objects.

Therefore, diaphragm pressure gauges are widely used for pressure measurement in the production process of chemical industry, chemical fiber, synthetic fiber, petroleum, dyeing and chemical, alkali making, food, pharmaceutical and other industrial departments.
