The function of pressure sensors
A pressure sensor is a device or apparatus that can sense pressure signals and convert them into usable output electrical signals according to certain rules. Pressure sensors typically consist of pressure sensitive components and signal processing units. According to different types of testing pressure, pressure sensors can be divided into gauge pressure sensors, differential pressure sensors, and absolute pressure sensors.

Application scenarios of pressure sensors
Pressure sensors are the most commonly used sensors in industrial practice, widely used in various industrial automation environments, involving water conservancy and hydropower, railway transportation, intelligent buildings, production automation, aerospace, military industry, petrochemicals, oil wells, power, ships, machine tools, pipelines and many other industries. The specific application scenarios are as follows:
Hydraulic system: Pressure sensors are mainly used in hydraulic systems to achieve closed-loop control of force.
Safety control system: Pressure sensors are often used in safety control systems, mainly targeting the safety management system of air compressors themselves.
Injection mold: Pressure sensors play an important role in injection molds. Pressure sensors can be installed in the nozzle, hot runner system, cold runner system, and mold cavity of injection molding machines. They can measure the plastic pressure between the nozzle and the mold cavity during the injection molding, filling, holding, and cooling processes.
Mine pressure monitoring: As one of the key technologies for mine pressure monitoring. On the one hand, we should correctly apply various existing sensors to serve the mining industry; On the other hand, as a sensor manufacturer, we also need to research and develop new pressure sensors to adapt to more mining industry applications.
Compressors and air conditioning refrigeration equipment: Pressure sensors are commonly used in air pressure machines and air conditioning refrigeration equipment. These sensor products have a compact appearance, are easy to install, and generally use a dedicated valve needle design for the pressure inlet.
In addition to the above application scenarios, pressure sensors are also used in weighing systems, medical industry, water treatment and other fields. With the continuous advancement of technology and the diversification of social demands, the application scenarios of pressure sensors will become more extensive.
