Basic structural composition
It is generally composed of a motor, a reduction mechanism, blades, micro switches, and a housing. The motor is the power source, which drives the blades to rotate at a lower speed through a reduction mechanism. Blades are usually relatively lightweight and can stop rotating under the resistance of materials. Micro switches are used to detect the rotation status of blades, while the casing serves to protect internal components and adapt to different installation environments.
working process
When the material level is lower than the position of the blade, the blade can rotate freely under the drive of the motor. At this time, the motor drives the blades to continuously rotate, and the internal micro switch remains in a certain state (such as normally open).
Once the material reaches the height where it touches the blade, it will generate resistance to the blade. Due to the relatively small rotational force of the blades, they stop rotating under the obstruction of the material.
The stop of the blade will trigger the micro switch, causing the state of the micro switch to change (such as from normally open to closed). This state change will generate an electrical signal, which is transmitted through a line to an external control system, such as a PLC (Programmable Logic Controller) or other monitoring equipment, to inform the operator that the material level has reached the set height, and corresponding measures can be taken, such as stopping feeding operations.

Principles related to technical characteristics and advantages
This working method gives the anti rotation level gauge a certain anti-interference ability. Because it works based on the physical barrier of materials to the blades, as long as it does not affect the normal rotation of the blades and the triggering of micro switches in some environmental factors such as dust and humidity, it will not cause significant interference to the measurement results. Moreover, its structure is relatively simple, so the cost is low, and installation and maintenance are also relatively convenient. It can be widely used for level detection of various types of materials.
