The following are the general installation steps for a magnetic float level gauge:
Check the product: After receiving the magnetic float level gauge, carefully check whether the product has been damaged during transportation and whether it is consistent with the order requirements.
Preparation before installation: Adjust all display bars to white to avoid affecting readings.
Installation of float: Separate the float and measuring tube packaging, remove the bottom flange, keep the top of the float upward, install the float into the measuring tube, install the bottom flange, and then connect it to the container being measured.
Connect the tested container: Insert the float into the measuring tube, install the bottom flange, and then connect it to the tested container.
Adjust the display bar: Slowly open valve 1A and valve 1B to increase the pressure inside the float chamber. The float will move with the liquid level, and the float and display bar will rotate 180 degrees through magnetic coupling to change the color code from white to red, reflecting the liquid level.
Correction: If the float component is removed from the main tube of the liquid level gauge during installation, in order to ensure that the float component is not damaged during transportation, we use a soft card to fix the float component inside the main tube. During installation, simply remove the soft card. Before operation, it is necessary to calibrate with magnetic steel and guide the flipping column once to display red below zero position and white above zero position.
Maintenance: Depending on the condition of the medium, the drainage flange can be regularly opened to clean the sediment in the main pipe.
When installing a magnetic float level gauge, the following points should be noted:
The installation of the liquid level gauge must be vertical to ensure that the float component can move freely up and down inside the main pipe.
Magnetic conductors are not allowed to approach the main body of the level gauge, otherwise it will directly affect the correct operation of the level gauge.
Before installation, all display bars must be adjusted to white with a float to avoid affecting the reading.
The float should be handled with care to avoid damage.
If the display of the magnetic float level gauge is inaccurate, you can first check whether the shielding layer of the signal cable is firmly grounded. If the interference is still not eliminated, you can use a signal isolator to handle it.
