Generally, the axial pressure gauge is based on atmospheric pressure; The absolute pressure gauge is based on the absolute pressure zero position; The differential pressure gauge measures the difference between the two measured pressures.
During the use or periodic calibration of the pressure gauge, various faults will be found and need to be eliminated. First of all, we should analyze the phenomenon and cause of its failure, and then take effective measures to solve it. The causes of faults can be considered as "internal causes" and "external causes". The so-called internal cause, as previously described, refers to the influence of the internal factors of the pressure gauge itself, that is, the influence of the manufacturing accuracy, assembly, general assembly and calibration accuracy of parts, and the quality of materials is also one of them. The external cause is that under the mutual connection and influence of various external factors, it works through the pressure gauge, that is, its properties can change correspondingly due to the load change of the measured medium, temperature influence, various conditions of the surrounding environment, etc. Therefore, before the pressure gauge is used, it is always started from the correct type selection, followed by reasonable and correct installation, reasonable use and maintenance, timely inspection and necessary correction. The purpose is nothing more than to prevent or reduce the premature decline in accuracy and property damage of the pressure gauge under normal conditions of use, so as to extend its service life.
