Connector Specification Of Pressure Gauge

Sep 13, 2021

Connector specification of pressure gauge

There is a certain correlation between the thread specifications of the pressure gauge connector and the diameter of the pressure gauge dial. The commonly used pressure gauge connector specifications in China are as follows:

n202109131408165231524

Pressure gauge connector thread size: Metric thread: Ma*b, British thread: G*", American thread: *"NPT (electromagnetic flowmeter) (pressure transmitter)

Terminology of pressure gauge connector thread:

The pitch is the distance between two threads.

The cusp angle is the degree of the thread cusp angle.

Pressure gauge connector thread

1. Metric:

M20×1.5

"20" means that the diameter of the threaded joint is 20mm;

"1.5" means that the distance between the thread and the thread is 1.5mm;

"M" represents a pipe thread with a 60° cusp angle;

under normal circumstances:

The connecting thread size of φ40 is M10×1;

The connecting thread size of φ60 is M14×1.5.

The connecting thread size of φ100 and φ150 is M20×1.5;

2. British system:

G1/2″

""" stands for inch 1"=25.4mm

"G" represents a non-self-sealing pipe thread with a cusp angle of 55°

"1/2" is the diameter of the connecting pipe. Generally: G1/2"

Generally, φ100 and φ150 use this thread G1/4", and φ60 use this thread G1/8", G3/4", G3/8", ZG1/2"(R1/2"), "ZG"(R ) Represents a non-self-sealing tapered pipe thread with a cusp angle of 55°.
