How to determine the cause of the pressure gauge failure?
1. The pressure gauge has no indication.
Reasons: 1. The shut-off valve on the pressure guiding pipe is not opened;
2. The pressure guiding tube is blocked;
3. Excessive siltation of dirt in the spring pipe joints causes blockage;
4. The spring tube is cracked; 5. The central tooth and the sector tooth are worn too much, so that they cannot be meshed.
2. The pointer jitter is large.
Reasons: 1. The pressure of the measured medium is high;
2. The installation position of the pressure gauge vibrates greatly.
3. The pointer of the pressure gauge is beating or sluggish.
Reasons: 1. The pointer and the surface glass or scale are rubbed against each other;
2. The central gear shaft is bent;
3. There is dirt in the meshing of the two gears;
4. The movable screw between the connecting rod and the sector gear is not flexible.
4. After the pressure is removed, the pointer cannot return to a low point.
Reasons: 1. The pointer is bent; 2. The balance spring force is short; 3. The pointer is loose; 4. The transmission gear is rubbed.
5. Uneven pressure indication error.
Reasons: 1. Deformation and failure of the spring tube;
2. Improper adjustment of the transmission ratio of the free end of the spring tube, the sector gear and the connecting rod.
Sixth, the transmission ratio is out of adjustment.
Seven, the indication is low.
Reasons: 1. The transmission ratio is out of adjustment; 2. There is leakage in the spring tube; 3. There is friction on the pointer or transmission mechanism; 4. There is leakage in the pressure guiding pipeline.
8. The pointer cannot indicate to the upper limit scale.
Reasons: 1. The transmission ratio is small; 2. The movement is improperly fixed on the base; 3. The welding position of the spring tube is improper.
