How to troubleshoot shockproof pressure gauges?
Common faults and causes of shockproof pressure gauges during operation:
A. The pointer jitters greatly.
Reason:
1. The pressure of the tested medium is high;
2. The installation position of the pressure gauge has significant vibration.
B. The pressure gauge has no indication.
Reason:
1. The shut-off valve on the pressure pipe is not open;
2. The pressure pipe is blocked;
3. Excessive accumulation of dirt and blockage in the spring tube joint;
4. The spring tube is cracked;
5. The central and sector teeth are worn too much to engage.
C. The pressure indication error is uneven.
Reason:
1. Spring tube deformation and failure;
2. Improper adjustment of the transmission ratio between the free end of the spring tube and the sector gear and connecting rod.
D. The pointer of the pressure gauge has bouncing or dullness.
Reason:
1. The pointer rubs against the surface glass or scale;
2. Bending of the central gear shaft;
3. There is dirt in the meshing of two gears;
4. The movable screw between the connecting rod and the fan gear is not flexible.
E. After the pressure is removed, the pointer cannot return to zero.
Reason:
1. The pointer is bent;
2. Insufficient hairspring force;
3. Loose pointer;
4. The transmission gear has friction.
F. Transmission ratio imbalance.
G. The pressure gauge indicates low.
Reason:
1. Transmission ratio imbalance;
2. There is leakage in the spring tube;
3. There is friction on the pointer or transmission mechanism;
4. There is a leak in the pressure pipeline.
H. The pointer cannot indicate the upper limit scale.
Reason:
1. Low transmission ratio;
2. Improper fixation of the movement in the base position;
3. Improper welding position of spring tube.
