Failure analysis:.
Under normal circumstances, when the pressure of the heavy oil main pipe drops to a certain value, the standby pump should automatically start to keep the heavy oil at a certain flow and pressure. Now that the standby pump has not started, the electric contact pressure gauge indicates that the standby pump has not received a pressure drop signal , That is to say, the pressure transmitter of this system does not feel the change of the pressure of the main pipe:.
Approach:.
Purge the pressure guiding tube with steam, clean the membrane cavity of the instrument with gasoline, and perform a static pressure test on the instrument before reusing the instrument. After passing the inspection, fill the pressure guiding tube with isolating fluid again.
The pressure indicator returns to zero.
