Selection of upper limit of pressure gauge measurement
1. The pressure gauge is less than 1/3 of the range, the accuracy is low, and it is not suitable for use.
2. When selecting the upper limit of measurement, it should generally be greater than 1/3 of the maximum operating pressure of the bellows pressure gauge. The purpose of leaving room is to ensure the safe and reliable operation of the pressure gauge and maintain its service life.
3. When selecting the range of use, the maximum shall not exceed 3/4 of the full scale of the dial. According to the versatility of the load state, it is advisable to choose between 1/3-2/3 of the full scale of the scale. This range of use has a high degree of accuracy, and the shock-resistant pressure gauge is suitable for both stable and fluctuating loads.
4. When selecting the upper limit of measurement, it can be calculated according to the following method.
(1) Knowing the measured maximum pressure value, calculate the required upper limit value
3/2*Maximum measured pressure value = Upper limit of the required measurement
(2) Knowing the upper limit value of the diaphragm pressure gauge, calculate the maximum pressure value of the usual measurement
2/3*Measuring upper limit=Maximum value of normal pressure
