The float level switch operates with magnetic force and has no mechanical connections, making it simple and reliable to operate. When the float switch is tested by the floating float of the medium, the float drives the main body to move, and at the same time, the magnet on the other end of the float will control the magnet on the switch action rod.
Technical advantages of float level switches: Float level switches do not contain components such as bellows, springs, seals, etc. that can cause malfunctions. But instead, a straight float is used to drive the internal magnet of the switch, and the simple lever of the float switch makes the switch act instantly. The cantilever angle limit design of the float prevents the float from being vertical. Float level switch is a simple structure, convenient to use, safe and reliable level controller. It has a faster speed and longer working life than general mechanical switches; Compared with electronic switches, it has the characteristic of strong resistance to load impact, and a single product can achieve multi-point control. It has been widely used in shipbuilding, papermaking, printing, generator equipment, petrochemicals, food industry, water treatment, electrical engineering, dye industry, hydraulic machinery, and other fields. Float switch is a type of liquid level control device with simple structure, convenient use, safety and reliability. Before we install the float level switch, we only need to recalibrate the water level line. Cannot adjust the switch itself. At this point, use a multimeter to measure the status of the switch. It will turn on and off near the water level, indicating that there is no problem. Just ensure that the water level line of the thermal equipment is consistent during the installation process. For example, the liquid level switch of SOR is usually attached to the water level line on the cylinder wall. We soak the switch in the sink and slowly sink it to gradually bring the water surface closer to the marking line. When we get closest, we will hear the sound of the micro switch action.
