The YX-160B: An Explosion - Proof Electric Contact Pressure Gauge
This explosion-proof electric junction prod pressure meter is designed according to GB38361.B83, the general requirement of the explosion-proof electric equipment on explosive environment, and GB3836.2.B3, the explosion-proof electric equipment and flame-proof electric equipment on explosive environment. Meanwhile, it is manufactured according to the chart and technique document approved by the identified testing organization.The explosion-proof type of meters is Il kind B grade T4 Group. The mark is Exd II BT4.The meters can apply to measure pressure of non-crystal and non-concretionexplosive intermixture or diversified novolatile medium.The meters could automatic control and signal alarm if they work in the electric apparatus parts with explosion-proof or other safety(for example, relay , contactor ,etc.).

The meter is composed of flame-proof shell, measuring system, electric junction group, adjusted device and outlet box.The flame-proof shell of the meter has favorable flame-proof performance. It can not only stand the explosion pressure of the explosive intermixture in the shell but also prevent the heat energy form diffusing.The energy can only gradually and slowly diffuse along the cranny of the explosion-proof connection.The instant temperature transmitted to the outside has been reduced to under the ignition point of the explosive gas intermixture. So the explosion will not happen.The working principle of the meter base on measuring the flexibility of the component, drive the contact in the electric junction group act through the mechanical transmission (open or close) in order to turn-on or break the circuit of the controlling pressure system. So it can realize automatic control alarm and spot indication.

The electric contact pressure gauge needs to be installed vertically. When measuring stable pressure, use 3/4 of the range, and when measuring alternating pressure, use 2/3. The contacts must be regularly calibrated and kept clean.
