Product Description
1, Pre installation inspection
a. Will the pressure at the monitored point exceed the measurement range of the instrument; If it exceeds the limit, please replace the instrument with a suitable range.
b. Is there an instantaneous impact of the pressure at the detected point? If so, please pretend to be a buffer.
c. Whether the measured medium has high temperature (greater than 85 ℃); If the temperature is too high, please pretend to be a condenser or radiator.
d. The measured medium should be compatible with the strength and corrosion resistance of the instrument housing material.
e. Whether the measured medium will block the pressure tap of the instrument; If possible, the shell needs to be specially customized.

Installation and Precautions
Installation method
a. In general, instruments should be installed vertically and horizontally for easy observation;
b. The universal standard pressure interface is M20 × 1.5 external threads, sealing gaskets such as copper or polytetrafluoroethylene should be added during installation to seal them;
c. The instrument can be directly installed on the flange interface of the measuring pipeline. To facilitate installation and maintenance, a shut-off valve and a vent valve should be installed between the flange joint and the pipeline.
Precautions
a. Do not use sharp tools or hard objects to poke the pressure hole, and do not use hands to press the diaphragm, as one side may damage the diaphragm or cause permanent deformation of the diaphragm.
b. When the ambient temperature exceeds the product standard, on-site protective measures should be taken to prevent damage to the LCD display.
c. When installing the instrument, it is necessary to close the shut-off valve and open the vent valve to avoid damaging the sensor of the instrument due to excessive pressure caused by pressure suppression.
d. If 80 ℃ ≤ medium temperature ≤ 100 ℃, a condensing tube should be installed.
e. When installing a differential pressure gauge, please pay attention to checking the high and low pressure ends to avoid damaging the sensor.
f. Users are not allowed to open the instrument or replace components without authorization.
g. Do not replace or charge the battery arbitrarily.
