OVERVIEW:
Matel tube flowmeter based on the float principle are versatile and can be used for conductive and non-conducting liquids and gases. The sturdy all-metal design ensures high resistance to pressure, temperature and media and stands up to extreme application and environmental conditions. The position of the float is magnetically transmitted to an analog indicator to display the measurement without auxiliary power.After the angle sensor and subsequent circuit amplification, the standard industrial signal output and liquid crystal display are formed.
OPERATING PRINCPLE:
The flow measurement is accomplished by the transmitter in the indicator through coupling the magnetic steel to sense the change of the float position. When the measured medium flows through the measuring tube from bottom to top, and the float is balanced by gravity, buoyancy and fluid velocity, the float is relatively stationary at a certain position, which changes with the annular gap area between the float and the cone tube and the fluid velocity, and the position of the float corresponds to the flow rate of the measured medium.

Multiple connection ,flange, clamp , thread,sanitary thread, four connection methods are available for installation options.

Two dials design , Dual-line LCD screen + pointer display the instantaneous and accumulated flow clearly.
Installation Instructions
In order to ensure a high measuring accuracy, the flow meter shall be horizontally installed on a horizontal pipeline, and the arrow sign on the flow meter that indicates the flow direction shall be made consistent with the liquid flow direction.In case a vertical installation is a must, the liquid shall be made flow from the down to top, so that the body of the flow meter will be ensured full of liquid.
To eliminate influences of the measuring accuracy resulting from uneven flow velocity distribution of cross section inside a pipeline, both the upperstream and the downstream of the flow meter shall be installed with definite straight lengths, or be installed with flow straighteners to substitute some straight lengths.
