Vortex flow meter for liquid

Vortex flow meter for liquid is mainly used for flow measurement of industrial pipeline media fluids, such as gas, liquid, steam and other media. 1. It is characterized by small pressure loss, large measuring range and high precision. It is almost not affected by parameters such as fluid density, pressure, temperature, and viscosity when measuring volume flow in working conditions. 2. There are no moving mechanical parts, so the reliability is high and the maintenance is small. The instrument parameters can be stable for a long time. The vortex flowmeter adopts piezoelectric stress sensor, which has high reliability and can work in the working temperature range of -20°C to +250°C. It has analog standard signal and digital pulse signal output, and is easy to use with digital systems such as computers.
Features 1.With a sophisticated low-power LCD display, the local display shows instantaneous flow, cumulative flow, frequency, pressure, temperature, density, current, percentage etc . 2.Probe used four piezoelectric ceramic technologies to effectively eliminate the influence of external vibration on the measurement. 3.No moving parts, no wear, no mechanical maintenance and long service life. 4.The probe and signal converter are universally interchangeable. 5.Split type signal converter can be used, the cable can be up to 10 meters long. 6.Output 4-20mA current signal / pulse signal, or Modbus RS485 signal. 7.Two types of intrinsic safety explosion-proof: Exia II CT6Ga; flameproof: Exd II CT6Gb. 8.With HART–Protocol communication protocol, Modbus RS485 interface.
