How to choose the diameter of the pressure gauge dial?
The diameter of the pressure gauge dial is generally 40mm, 50mm, 60mm, 100mm, 150mm, 200mm, 250mm, 300mm, and so on. Generally, we commonly use 60mm, 100mm, 150mm in daily life. So how do we choose which dial diameter of the pressure gauge?
1. Dial diameter: In order for operators to accurately see the pressure value, the dial diameter of a digital pressure gauge should not be too small. If the digital pressure gauge is installed higher or farther from the position, the dial diameter should be increased.
In general, a pressure gauge with a 60mm dial diameter has an accuracy of 2.5 levels, while a pressure gauge with a dial diameter of 100mm and 150mm can achieve an accuracy of 1.6 levels or above. Precision pressure gauges have a dial diameter of 150mm or above. Therefore, the higher the accuracy required for use, the larger the corresponding dial diameter size.
