Liquid part anticorrosion:
1, for general corrosion medium, if the stainless steel elastic element can withstand 1~2 years of corrosion, you can choose the general stainless steel pressure gauge, installation, pressure tube to be short, when necessary, the buffer coil switch to buffer tank, in order to prevent blockage of impurities.
2, if the medium is corrosive to stainless steel and copper, the buffer tank can be switched to the isolation tank, adding the corrosion resistant isolation liquid. The type of barrier fluid can be selected according to the nature of the medium to be measured, but it is better to use more than half a year without deterioration. If ordinary spacer can not be used, chlorofluorocarbon oil can be used as spacer, but the price is very expensive, so the isolation tank to make small, disassembly to recycle the fluorine oil for reuse.
3, diaphragm pressure gauge can be used, there are stainless steel containing molybdenum, Hastelloy alloy and tantalum sheet, between the diaphragm and the ballistic tube with methyl silicone oil transmission pressure, the minimum range can do 0~100kPa, if the diaphragm material is not corrosion resistant, you can add a layer of F46(polyperfluoroethylene propylene) diaphragm, but the instrument sensitivity is reduced. F46 can also be directly used as isolation diaphragm, but attention should be paid to the permeability of the medium, fluorine oil can be used for high temperature and oil forbidden medium transfer liquid.
