If the spring tube is too small, the accuracy level of the pressure gauge will be affected.
2. If the indicator value of the pressure gauge exceeds the allowable error, the indicator adjusting screw of the gauge should be adjusted. If there is no indicator adjusting screw in the gauge, the gauge can only be judged as unqualified.
3, pressure gauge dial indexing numbers and symbols should be complete and clear. Dial indexing scale should be evenly distributed, the center Angle of the cover is generally 270°, the pointer of the pressure gauge should be extended into all indexing lines, the pointer indicating end width should not be greater than 1/5 of the minimum indexing interval. The distance between the pointer and the dial plane should be within the range of 1~3mm and the outer diameter of the case above 200mm (including 200mm), and the distance between the pointer and the dial plane should be within the range of 2~4mm.
4. For pressure gauges with check pins, the pointer should be close to the check pins when there is no pressure or vacuum, and the "shrinkage" shall not exceed the allowable error specified.
