The diaphragm pressure gauge is not in direct contact with the medium to be measured, and the ordinary pressure gauge has to be in direct contact with the medium. Therefore, the diaphragm pressure gauge can be used to measure some corrosive media.
Ordinary pressure gauges measure the pressure of non-corrosive liquids and gases. Diaphragm pressure gauges generally have two aspects:
1. Measure pressure measurement with corrosion resistance requirements (the measured medium is corrosive, and different corrosive media should be made of different diaphragm materials)
2. Food hygiene requirements, because the measured medium does not flow inside the pressure gauge when the pressure is measured by the ordinary pressure gauge, and it is easy to repeat contamination
The measurement principle of the diaphragm pressure gauge is: the diaphragm pressure gauge adopts an indirect measurement structure, the diaphragm deforms under the pressure of the measured medium, and the sealing liquid is pressed to form a pressure equivalent to P, which conducts the pressure gauge and displays the pressure value of the measured medium.
It is suitable for measuring the pressure of liquid, gas or granular solid medium with high viscosity, easy crystallization, high corrosiveness and high temperature. The isolation diaphragm has a variety of materials to adapt to a variety of different corrosive media.
