Electric contact pressure gauge usage introduction ,
Electric contact pressure gauges are widely used in industrial sectors such as petroleum, chemical engineering, metallurgy, power stations, and machinery, or in the matching of mechanical and electrical equipment, to measure the pressure of various fluid media without explosion hazards. Generally, when the instrument is used in conjunction with corresponding electrical devices (such as relays and frequency converters, etc.), it can achieve the purpose of automatic control and signal transmission (alarm) for various gas and liquid media under measured (controlled) pressure through the instrument.

Structural principle
The electrical contact pressure gauge is composed of a measurement system, an indication system, a magnetic-assisted electrical contact device, a housing, an adjustment device and a junction box (plug and socket), etc. The general electrical contact pressure gauge is used to measure the positive and negative pressure of gas and liquid media that do not corrode copper and copper alloys. The stainless steel electrical contact pressure gauge is used to measure the positive and negative pressure of gas and liquid media that do not corrode stainless steel and sends a signal when the pressure reaches the preset value, connecting the control circuit to achieve the purpose of automatic control and alarm.
The electrical contact pressure gauge is based on the fact that the spring tube in the measurement system, under the pressure of the medium to be measured, forces the end of the spring tube to undergo corresponding elastic deformation - displacement. Through the transmission and amplification of the gear transmission mechanism by the pull rod, the measured value is gradually indicated on the dial by the indicator on the fixed gear (together with the contact). At the same time, when it comes into contact with the contact (upper limit or lower limit) on the setting pointer (open or closed) at the moment, the circuit in the control system is disconnected or connected to achieve the purpose of automatic control and alarm transmission.
