Metal rotor flowmeter, also known as variable area flowmeter, has the characteristics of simple structure, reliable operation, wide applicability, accurate measurement, and easy installation. The metal rotor flowmeter has high temperature and high pressure resistance. The ZNLZ series metal rotor flowmeter includes ordinary metal rotor flowmeter and anti-corrosion metal rotor flowmeter. The above two types are divided into on-site indication type (ZNLZZ -) and electric remote transmission type (ZNLZD -), ordinary flow sensor, instrument material (1Cr18Ni9Ti), and anti-corrosion type (1Cr18Ni9Ti) lined with PTEF.
If the medium measured by the metal rotor flowmeter contains ferromagnetic particles, a magnetic filter should be installed at the inlet of the flowmeter. Its material should be the same as the corresponding flowmeter.
