Radial pressure gauge

The radial direction of the pressure gauge means that the pressure gauge threaded joint is parallel to the dial. It is used to measure the pressure or vacuum of liquids, gases and vapors that are not explosive, do not crystallize, do not solidify, and do not corrode copper and copper alloys.
Radial pressure gauges are very easy to install, especially suitable for installation on pressure reducing valves, and are widely used in various water systems, chemical, petroleum and other industries. The shell of the pressure gauge is generally stainless steel, the surface material is glass, and the pressure gauge element has a spring tube, etc. Under the action of pressure and vacuum, the elastic deformation of the spring tube causes the displacement of the tube end. The displacement is amplified by the mechanical transmission mechanism and transmitted to the indicating device, and then the pointer indicates the measured pressure or vacuum value.

1. Working principle: The radial pressure gauge transmits the pressure deformation to the pointer through the elastic deformation of the sensitive components (Bourdon tube, bellows, bellows) in the watch, and then the conversion mechanism of the movement in the watch transmits the pressure deformation to the pointer, causing the pointer to rotate. Display pressure.
2. Type:
Distinguish from Quantity Domain and Range
In the positive pressure range, it is divided into micro pressure range section, low pressure range section, medium pressure range section, high pressure range section, ultra-high pressure range section, and each range section is subdivided into several measurement ranges ( Instrument range); in the negative pressure range, there are three kinds of negative pressure; the axial pressure gauge of positive pressure and negative pressure is a kind of axial pressure gauge that spans the range. Its standard name is pressure vacuum gauge, and it is also called vacuum axial pressure gauge. It can measure not only positive pressure, but also negative pressure.
Distinguish from measurement accuracy
It can be divided into precision radial pressure gauge and general radial pressure gauge. The measurement accuracy grades of precision radial pressure gauges are 0.1, 0.16, 0.25, 0.4 and 0.05 respectively; the measurement accuracy grades of general radial pressure gauges are 1.0, 1.6, 2.5, 4.0 respectively.
Distinguish from measurement standards
Radial pressure gauges are divided into general radial pressure gauges, absolute radial pressure gauges, stainless steel radial pressure gauges, and differential pressure gauges according to their indicated pressure benchmarks. Generally, the radial pressure gauge is based on atmospheric pressure; the absolute pressure gauge is based on the absolute pressure zero position; the differential pressure gauge measures the difference between the two measured pressures.
3. Purpose:
The use of radial pressure gauges is extremely common, and it is used in almost all industrial processes and scientific research fields. In the heat pipe network, oil and gas transmission, water supply and gas supply system, vehicle repair and maintenance factories, etc., the application of pressure gauges can be seen everywhere. It is mainly used to measure the pressure of the medium.
4. Installation precautions:
(1) The installation position should meet the requirements of the installation state. Generally, the dial should not be placed horizontally, and the height of the installation position should be easy for the staff to observe.
(2) The distance between the installation place and the pressure measuring point should be as short as possible, to ensure the integrity of the seal, and there should be no leakage.
(3) There should be a buffer at the front end of the installed radial pressure gauge; for the convenience of inspection, a shut-off valve should be installed under the instrument; when the medium is dirty or there is pulse pressure, a filter, a buffer and a surge tank can be used Wait.
