For pressure gauges above 1MPa, due to the high rigidity of the spring tube, even if the oil hole plug is not opened during the verification, the residual gas in the watch case will not have much influence on the verification result. The larger the range, the more so.
Regarding whether the oil hole plug on the pressure gauge should be removed during use of the instrument, considering the impact of the instrument on the accuracy of the measurement, the oil hole plug on the shock-resistant pressure gauge should be removed before use. It is correct. The only thing is that if the oil hole plug is removed, dust, dirt and rain will be included in the watch case, which will have a more adverse effect on the meter.
