The measuring unit of bourdon tube pressure gauge is pressure, which is an important parameter in many production projects. In production, pressure is usually referred to as pressure. Pressure monitoring is indispensable in oil pipelines, pressure vessels and other work occasions. Pressure calculation formula: P=F/S. The bourdon tube pressure gauge uses the pressure generated by the fluid to transmit through the elasticity of the spring. The pressure is transmitted through the fixed end of the spring to make the central axis shift on the pointer, and then the pointer points to the corresponding data, thus indicating the magnitude of the generated pressure. The core component of the pressure and displacement transformation is the spring pipe. After the spring pipe is pressurized, the shape becomes circular under the influence of the pressure of the elliptical section, and the front and back arc lengths are the same. In order to increase the range of the pressure gauge, the multi-coil spring tube structure can be used, and its working principle is the same as that of the single-coil spring tube. The material selection of the spring tube is determined by the nature of the medium and the range of pressure measurement. When the pressure is less than 20 MPa, the phosphor copper material is usually used, and when the pressure is more than 20 MPa, the stainless steel or alloy steel material is used. In addition, the measurement must be reasonably avoided according to the measured medium. For example, when measuring the ammonia medium, the spring tube must be made of stainless steel.
