Uses and its composition
1. It is composed of measuring system, indicating part and watch case part.

2. Measuring system - composed of joints, spring tubes and gear rotating mechanisms.

3. Due to the pressure of the measured medium, the end (free end) of the spring tube is displaced accordingly, and the sector gear in the connecting rod drives the mechanism to produce an angular displacement, which deflects the gear shaft and transmits it to the indicating part.

4. Indicating part - It consists of an indexing plate, a mirror (YB-201 model does not have a mirror and a pointer). The pointer indicates the pressure value of the measured medium on the indexing plate according to the deflection value of the gear shaft.

5. Watch case part - composed of watch cover, watch glass and cover. The lower end of the watch cover is equipped with a zero adjustment device for adjusting the zero position to maintain the accuracy of the zero value and reading.

Calibrate after use
Basic requirements for calibration The basic requirements that calibration should meet are as follows:

1) If the environmental conditions calibration is performed in a verification (calibration) room, the environmental conditions should meet the temperature, humidity and other regulations required by the laboratory. If calibration is performed on site, the environmental conditions shall be those that can meet the on-site use of the instrument.

2) As a standard instrument for calibration, the error limit of the instrument should be 1/3~1/10 of the error limit of the calibrated meter.

3) Although personnel calibration is different from verification, the personnel performing the calibration should also undergo effective assessment and obtain corresponding certificates of qualification. Only certified personnel can issue calibration certificates and calibration reports, and only such certificates and reports are considered valid.

For tire pressure gauge calibration, you can find a local metrology institute or a third-party calibration unit, such as Shanghai Institute of Metrology, Guangdong Institute of Metrology, Suzhou Metrology Calibration Network, etc. The prerequisite is that you must have the CNAS metrology qualification approved by the state.
