On the micro-pressure transmitter installation location selection is very important, why say so, let us continue to see for the micro-pressure transmitter installation location on the zero-position output has this effect?

For example: pressure sensor range of 20 bar, accuracy 0.5% , instrument accuracy 0.2% , the normal error is: 20 bar * 0.5% + 20 bar * 0.2% = 0.18 bar the range of possible errors arising from the overall control should be the range of error of the device with a large error value, sensor and transmitter deviation within 0.55 BAR can be considered normal. Transmitter connected to power without output, the possible reasons are:
1, pressure transmitter error value.
2, transmitter output signal instability, there are several reasons for the signal instability: (1) wrong wiring (instrument and sensor are checked)(2) the wire itself open or short circuit (3) power supply does not output or power does not match (4) instrument damage or instrument does not match (5) sensor damage. Because the measuring range of differential pressure transmitter is very small, the self-weight of sensor elements in the transmitter will affect the output of differential pressure transmitter, so the zero-position change caused by the installation of differential pressure transmitter is a normal situation.
3. The influence of the installation position of the differential pressure transmitter on the zero-position output: (1) the pressure source itself is a constant pressure (2) the anti-interference ability of the instrument or the pressure sensor is not strong (3) the connection of the sensor is not strong (4) the sensor itself vibrates badly (5) the sensor is out of order. When installing, the pressure sensitive parts of the transmitter should be perpendicular to the direction of gravity. If the installation conditions are limited, the transmitter should be fixed and adjusted to the scale.
